Introducing our Managing Director

Makeeta McIntyre is the Managing Director of Delta Workplace Solutions. Prior to founding Delta Workplace Solutions, Makeeta practiced as a legal practitioner in both the public and private sectors, primarily in areas of criminal law, administrative law, and family law including child protection and family and domestic violence.

Makeeta has over 13 years experience in conducting and advising on highly complex and sensitive public sector investigations, specialising in corruption, criminal activity, misconduct, inappropriate conduct, public interest disclosures, and other integrity-based wrongdoing including breaching codes of conduct, failure to follow policy, harassment and victimisation, and conflicts of interest.

Makeeta holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Queensland. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice Studies (with Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2005.

Makeeta also holds a Graduate Certificate in Integrity Studies from the University of Woollongong, a Certificate IV in Government Investigations, Certificate III in Investigative Services, and a Certificate in Investigative Interviewing from the Centre for Investigative Interviewing, Griffith University.

Makeeta holds the following licences and registrations:

  • Queensland Security Provider Licence (Private Investigator)

  • Queensland Working with Children Blue Card

  • Tasmania Inquiry Agent Licence

  • Tasmania Working with Vulnerable People

Makeeta is also a member of the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigations (AAWI) and Corruption Prevention Network Queensland (CPNQ).
