Providing employee misconduct and workplace investigations to Queensland and Northern Territory councils and approved purchasers, including the Queensland State Government, Queensland Hospital and Health Services, Government Owned Corporations, and Private and Independent Schools.

Code of Conduct Investigations

(DECYP 1332-1)

Conducting investigations of:

• alleged breaches of the State Service Code of Conduct in accordance with Employment Direction No 5; and

• allegations that an employee is unable to efficiently and effectively perform their assigned duties in accordance with Employment Direction No 6;

• and any other factual investigation an Agency may require (excluding Workers Compensation Investigations).
